FREE Whether you walk or run, come join us in "Getting Started" to get in shape for Race Day. Just show up. In case of very bad weather, meet in Fortin Center at Rocky Mountain College, or in Lockwood meet inside the school. Refreshments provided by Grand Bagel and Powerade. No dogs allowed. Four age groupings: 3 & Under - less than 100 yards
4-5 - about 100 yards; 6-8 - about 200 yards
9-10 - about 400 yards (once around the track)

FREE - just show up a little early to sign the waiver.
No dogs allowed.

Access the parking lot from Rimrock Road. Enter the Student Union Building through the main (north) entrance and go down the stairs or elevator.

Enjoy the free Billings Clinic Health Expo from 4:30-6:30 pm .
